Obiettivi formativi
Seminarial and interactive course for selected students ( call in spring of every year) aiming at deepening the knowledge of international law (particularly public international law, international commercial law and international economic law) and of EU law through the participation to International Moot Court Competitions. Legal writing and advocacy skills will be developed througout the course.

The selected students will master substantive issues of one of the cases, relating to international law of EU, law together with procedural aspects relating to one of the following proceedings: International Court of Justice; European Court of Justice - Preliminary ruling; International commercial arbitration ( involving Uncitral Model Law on international arbitration and Vienna Convention on the International Sales of Goods); International Chamber of Commerce - Investment Arbitration.

Study and participation to the written phase (and if further selected to the oral phase) of one of the following international Moot Court Competition:
Philip Jessup Moot Court Competition (Washington): Public International Law -International Court of Justice - 5 selected students
European Law Moot Court Competition (Luxembourg): EU Law - Court of Justice of the EU - Preliminary ruling - 4 selected students
Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot (Vienna): International sales of goods - International Commercial arbitration - 6 selected students
