Obiettivi formativi

The course discusses the nature of Comparative Law, its functions, aims, methods and history, then it surveys the main features of the major legal families of the world, and finally deals with contemporary processes like the americanization and globalization of the Law.

Written exam on the Moodle Platform in the form of three open-ended questions on the lectures, the notes and the materials uploaded on the Moodle page of the course.
