DUE TO THE PRESENT CORONAVIRUS EMERGENCY, THE FORM OF THE EXAM HAS BEEN MODIFIED. PLEASE SEE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATIONS (ALSO GIVEN UNDER "AVVISI"):
Due to the present Coronavirus emergency, ordinary face-to-face exams are not possible anymore. This affects mostly written exams, as it is in the case of Principles of Roman Law. Therefore, changes have been made regarding the form of the exam, according to the following details.
The exam consists now of two parts, both to be taken online.
The first part consists in a text, which You will find on Moodle, covering the following topics: sources of law, law of actions, law of persons, law of property. The text will include 20 questions with multiple choice (only one true). You will have 1 minute to answer each question. You will have 1 mark for each right answer; wrong answers or no answer at all will have zero marks. You will need a minimum of 12 (twelve) marks to pass the text and have access to the second part of the exam. Marks obtained in the text will be considered as an orientation standard, but the final grade will not be based on an exact point average. The second part is an oral exam, covering only the law of obligations.
Such changes regarding the form of the exam will last only for the duration of the present Coronavirus emergency. The ordinary face-to-face written exam will be reinstated as soon as the emergency ceases and our Department reopens to students.
One point needs to be emphasised: as the text will be available on Moodle, and only students registered to the course have access to Moodle, being registered to the course is fundamental for taking the exam.
The necessary informations about how to connect to the webpage of the exam will be given in due time. Dates and hours of the exam are still valid. Texts will be started; then, one hour after the end of the text, You will be able to take Your oral exam.- Oggetto:
