Students must apply the comparative method and be able to compare constitutional models and contents. They must also be able to analyze similarities and differences between constitutional systems.

The main concepts of constitutional law, such as the rule of law and the separation of powers, will be tackled and students will be encouraged to analyze their various potential trajectories.
