Since visual culture and visual technologies changes rapidly, students should cultivate and develop critical thinking as well as skills in the use of legal visual argumentation and legal rhetoric.

The evaluation of students will include active class participation. Each student attending or not attending will have to prepare a brief paper, starting from a text concerning visual legal studies. Final exam will include an oral discussion of the paper.
