Obiettivi formativi
Il corso ha l'obiettivo di analizzare i profondi cambiamenti avvenuti nei mercati e nelle imprese negli ultimi 20 anni, e le strategie per affrontarli. Particolare attenzione sarà dedicata alla governance, alle nuove tecnologie ed agli strumenti per finanziare l'innovazione (venture capital, crowdfunding, ecc.). In conclusione, sarà analizzata la situazione italiana, focalizzandosi sui recenti provvedimenti normativi in materia di start-up (DL Crescita 2.0 e successivi).
The course aims to analyze the profound changes occurring in the markets and businesses over the past 20 years, and the strategies to address them. Particular attention will be paid to governance, new technologies and tools for financing innovation (venture capital, crowdfunding, etc.). In conclusion, the Italian situation will be analyzed, focusing on recent legislative measures relating to start-up (DL Growth 2.0 and later).

Gli studenti avranno una visione chiara della competizione internazionale tra i vari tipi di imprese e tecnologie e delle strategie utilizzate per competere ed innovare. Saranno fatti partecipi della discussione a livello italiano sulle riforme strutturali del sistema produttivo. Gli studenti avranno inoltre la possibilità di usufruire di attività complementari, come la partecipazione al laboratorio di Startup Creation con il riconoscimento di crediti formativi.
Students will have a clear view of the international competition between the various types of businesses and technologies and strategies used to compete and innovate. They will become participants in the discussion at the Italian on structural reforms of the production system. The course also provides the opportunity to take advantage of complementary activities, such as participation in the Startup Creation Lab. At the end of the course will be provided to the students the tools for applying, update and deepen the contents studied, even in professional contexts, and to undertake further studies.

Modalità di insegnamento
L'Insegnamento è strutturato in 40 ore di didattica frontale, suddivise in 20 lezioni da 2 ore. La didattica frontale si costituisce di lezioni teoriche e seminari tenuti da esperti d'impresa sugli argomenti trattati.
La frequenza è facoltativa, consigliata, e la prova finale sarà uguale per frequentanti e non.
Premialità sul punteggio d'esame saranno previste a discrezione del docente per gli studenti che interverranno ad eventuali lezioni tenute dagli esperti, producendo relazioni scritte su tali contenuti.
The course is structured in 40 hours of frontal lectures, divided into 20 lessons of 2 hours. The frontal teaching consists of theoretical lessons and seminars held by business experts on the topics discussed.
The frequency is optional, recommended, and the final exam will be the same for attendants and not.
Premium points for the exam score will be provided at the discretion of the teacher for students who will attend seminars held by the experts, realizing written papers on these topics.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
A causa dell’emergenza Covid19, nella sessione estiva l’esame di Economia e Gestione delle Imprese si svolgerà eccezionalmente in forma orale ed in modalità a distanza.
L’accesso all’esame orale è subordinato alla previa iscrizione all’apposito appello sul sistema ESSE3.
L’esame orale si svolge sulla Piattaforma Webex, cui gli studenti sono invitati ad accedere con apposita mail inviata il giorno precedente all’appello all’indirizzo istituzionale di ciascuno (@edu.unito.it).
La mail di invito reca il link al sistema e l’orario di connessione assegnato.
Per accedere a Webex cliccare sul link da pc, smartphone o tablet, e seguire le istruzioni inserendo nome, cognome e indirizzo email.
Abilitare la webcam e tenere silenziato il microfono sino al momento del proprio esame orale.
La commissione sarà composta dai proff. Peirone e Varrasi.
Due to the Covid19 emergency, in the summer session the examination of Economics and Business Management will take place exceptionally in oral form and remotely.
Access to the oral exam is subject to prior registration in the appropriate session on the ESSE3 system.
The oral exam takes place on the Webex platform, to which students are invited to access with a specific email sent the day before the appeal to the institutional address of each one (@ edu.unito.it).
The invitation email contains the link to the system and the assigned connection time.
To access Webex click on the link from a PC, smartphone or tablet, and follow the instructions by entering your name, surname and email address.
Enable the webcam and keep the microphone muted until your oral exam.
