Pubblicato: Mercoledì 14 febbraio 2024 da Giulia Terlizzi
  • How to enroll for Public Comparative Law exam?

To enroll for Public Comparative Law exam (6 cfu/credits), students must select on the ESSE3 system “COMPARATIVE LAW AND PUBLIC COMPARATIVE LAW – SCRITTI - NON VERBALIZZANTI”.
The results of non-verbalising exams are saved and stored in the system (although not visible to students).
If the student wants to refuse the grade communicated by the system e-mail, it is sufficient enrolling in one of the next exam sessions.

  • Validity period for partial exams grades

“Partial” grades are to be considered valid until the last session of exams in September 2024.

“COMPARATIVE LAW AND PUBLIC COMPARATIVE LAW” final grade will be permanently
recorded by the system three times a year (recording sessions), at the end of February, at the end of June, and at the end of September.

If the student is not satisfied by the final grade, however it is possible to reject it and to take again one of the exams or both.

Considering the recording sessions, students are invited to an accurate planning of their exams in case they need to obtain the final grade for non-didactic purposes within a specific deadline (scholarships, Erasmus program, etc.).

  • How will be calculated the final grade?

Comparative Law exam (9 cfu/credits) is "heavier" than the Public Comparative Law exam (6 cfu/ credits): weighted average will be used.
