Obiettivi formativi
The course is divided into three modules. In the first module some general and transversal concepts are addressed: Separation of Powers, Rule of Law, Courts with Constitutional Jurisdiction and Human Rights. The second model analyzes four very significant constitutional systems for their historical and contemporary constitutionalism: the United Kingdom, France, the United States and India. In the third module, the perspective is again transversal with governments, parliaments and potential constitutional developments taken into consideration.
