Week 4 follow-up email Principles of Constitutional Law

Pubblicato: Sabato 13 aprile 2019 da Jessika Eichler

Dear all,

I hope my email finds you well and you have been able to have a look at the take-home exam by now. Again, it has been an inspiring week and I enjoyed very much listening to your analyses, findings and perspectives. Hopefully my comments have been helpful. Again, I can only reiterate that you are encouraged to make use of your notes (based on the readings as suggested by the syllabus) while contributing to the debates in the seminars. There are a few organisational issues that have come up in the mean time:

1) The recordings have been uploaded to teaching material as indicated on the course website.

2) The presentation slides are available here: https://prezi.com/view/AC2ClZS4nQOdG3G2yS1q/

3) The seminars of next week are cancelled to allow you to dedicate your reflections and energies to the take home exam. The lecture will take place and it will be strongly focussed on the readings that you will be missing next week and hopefully provide you with some insights to develop further at a later point if you wish.

4) The week after next week (after Easter and before the public holiday/liberation day) will be based on week 6 of the readings just as outlined in the syllabus.

5) I am also happy to share some positive news with you regarding the room allocation: we can now move to a neighbouring (seminar) room after 16:00 if needed which won't considerably interrupt our debates, I hope. If you need to leave earlier, please tell me at the beginning of each seminar, so your subgroup and its members will be able to share their perspectives at an earlier point.

6) If there are questions regarding the take home exam, don't hesitate to send an email or come to my office hours. I am not sure if I can answer them based on fairness towards all other students and by not answering the question myself, but any unclarity should be avoided of course.

Warm wishes,
Jessika
