è prevista una giornata di studio, Workshop. Ecco qui di seguito:

Digital Conference "who governs the Internet?". This will be a 2 days conference (4-5 March). Our panel on copyright is scheduled for the afternoon of Friday 5th March at 15:30 Greek time. Panel discussions will finish at 18:00 (Greek time). We are the last panel of the conference.

A summary of the panel is found here:

"This panel will deal with Open Initiatives and Copyright. It will look into their origins, how and why they came about, and whether they are antithetic or complementary to copyright. Related issues such as open data, re-use of public sector information, and the public domain, will also be explored. Myths and realities surrounding the aforementioned topics will be put to the test as well as whether traditional copyright norms are still fit for the Internet."

The organisers of the Conference (Nomiki Vivliothiki) will soon be contacting you so as to send them a photograph and a cv. They will also be sending you the full programme, appropriate links and so on.

The keynote speech is scheduled to last for 15'.

The remaining of the papers are scheduled for 10'.

Then there will be a discussion between the panelists and the Chair (for about 45') where the Chair will be asking the panelists questions, and an open discussion with the public will follow (for the remainder of the time). The duration of this panel will be approx. two and a half hours 15:30 - 18:00).
