Obiettivi formativi
Seminarial and interactive course aiming at deepening the knowledge of international law (particularly public international law, international commercial law and international economic law) and of EU law through the participation to International Moot Court Competitions. Legal writing and advocacy skills will be developed througout the course.

The students will master substantive issues of one of the cases, relating to international law of EU, law together with procedural aspects relating to one of the following proceedings: International Court of Justice; European Court of Justice - Preliminary ruling; International commercial arbitration ( involving Uncitral Model Law on international arbitration and Vienna Convention on the International Sales of Goods); International Chamber of Commerce - Investment Arbitration
