Obiettivi formativi
The course aims at analysing basic principles of private law and in particular, property law, tort law, contract law and the unjust enrichment.
The study will be based on a comparative approach, taking into consideration the historical evolution of private law institutions in both the civil law and the common law tradition.

At the end of the course, students will be able to describe the essential institutions of private law and to solve simple legal problems in the fields analysed.

Oral exam preceded by an admission test.
The admission test is a computer quiz with 30 multiple choice questions to be answerd in a total of 30 minutes.
Those who will give at least 18 correct answers will be admitted to the oral exam.
