Obiettivi formativi
The course aims at analysing basic principles of private law and in particular, property law, tort law, contract law and the unjust enrichment.
The study will be based on a comparative approach, taking into consideration the historical evolution of private law institutions in both the civil law and the common law tradition.

The study of the textbook J. Gordley, Foundations of Private Law is mandatory. During the course, papers and extra materials will be provided and discussed in class.
