Obiettivi formativi

Students will first deepen their understanding of the major approaches and methodologies of legal comparison, gaining a solid grasp of the historical development and theoretical underpinnings of comparative study. They will explore and contrast theories and doctrines of comparative jurisprudence developed in different traditions

Building on this foundation, participants will learn to critically analyze legal approches drawn from multiple jurisdictions, honing their ability to identify points of convergence and divergence and to uncover the cultural and historical forces that shape each system.

Throughout the course, participation and oral communication by students will be essential.
