The course provides the foundations for understanding the theories of rational and irrational decision making with a focus on applications to law problems.

At the end of the course students will develop the analytical tools necessary to design and apply behavioural incentives to choice problems related to the law and understand the principles with which to evaluate different interventions.

The course will be delivered face-to-face and include active learning sessions with group problem solving and presentations.
